Here are the Rules:
Everytime you receive treatments over a specific dollar, make a retail purchase over a specific dollar, buy a gift certificate, refer a friend, or pre-book, you earn and accumulate Reward Points.

- Earn 500 Reward Points for:
- Referring a friend
Experiencing a NEW Treatment
- Earn 300 Reward Points for:

How do I Redeem?
Ask our Guest Services Coordinators to review your records or review the bottom of your receipt for your Reward Point balance and then decide if you are ready to use them for a savings on any service or retail purchase that day. 100 points = $1.00, 500 points = $5.00, etc.

It's free to join and you will receive 1,000 REWARD POINTS just for signing up!. Stop by our Spa and Boutique at 7862 Warner Ave. 101 at Beach and Warner, NOW facing Warner! or sign up on line when you are ready to enroll... then keep your eyes open for special e-mail blasts and signs around the Spa and Retail Boutique for chances to earn extra points.

Terms & Conditions:
Spa dollars have no cash value and are based on the purchase price of treatments and in-spa products, excluding taxes and gratuity. Points must be redeemed by 12/31 of the following year in which they are earned, ex. 2005 POINTS are redeemable through 12/31/06. Program rules and guidelines subject to change, at the discretion of Skin Deep.
